- The tenant must read and accept the rules and regulations of the co-ownership
- The tenant is responsible for fitting out and moving costs if applicable.
- Before occupying the premises, quality professional cleaning will be carried out in the property.
- No animals.
- The tenant must provide proof of the transfer of the electricity account (Hydro-Québec). Electricity service with Hydro-Québec must be effective from the first day of rental. Proof of this assumption of responsibility for the account must be provided before occupation.
- The tenant must provide proof of the transfer of the natural gas account (Énergir). The natural gas service with Energir must be effective from the first day of rental. Proof of this assumption of responsibility for the account must be provided before occupation.
